I worked for this company for more than 30 years. I should have thought that said something in itself. A proper family business with values that go further than an advert and a fake smile. They are part of the euronics network so they come as cheap as anybody else. The difference is the service that goes with it. There are few companies around today who sell and repair white goods from the cheap stuff to the expensive quality kit let alone people who know what they are doing when it comes to repairing it.
A lot of companies stop after they have sold you the product and don't deal with the issues let alone take on a manufacturer on behalf of a customer for a product that is maybe 5 years old with issues.
There are many times I have seen this company go the extra mile for a customer from measuring up, arranging plumbers, contracting work to the detailed demonstration and sometimes follow up demonstration. The hand written instructions written up for a customer when the instruction book is unclear. Its those little touches that often go unnoticed that give a business the edge. A company who gives their staff enough time to complete a job to a good standard rather than worrying about how much work they can cram into an engineers day. I used to do 7 or 8 calls a day. You can provide a service if your only doing 8 calls a day rather than the 12 I was expected to do when I worked elsewhere.
A company with respect for the older generation who sometimes struggle with the new technology and need a bit more time to be shown how to use a product.
I can honestly say this is a great company with what I would call the right idea. I'm retired now but it was a pleasure to work for them.
